Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join the Geriatrics Department supporting rural outpatient and long-term care facilities.

  • Full-time role alternating weekly between outpatient clinics and residential long-term care.
  • Provide comprehensive care for adult geriatric patients, including diagnosing, treating, and managing chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct patient examinations, interpret diagnostics, perform minor procedures, and respond to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team, promote best practices, and stay current with geriatric medicine advancements.
  • Qualifications include relevant advanced practice certification, licensure, and experience in internal medicine and geriatric care.
