Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Covington, TN.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Evaluate patient function, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Instruct patients, families, and caregivers to support communication and functional goals.

Work within state practice laws and maintain current licensure, certification, and clinical experience.

Must have reliable transportation to serve multiple patients daily.
