Job Description

Seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time or part-time role in San Jose, CA, with a salary range of $90,000–$125,000/year.

  • Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across language, articulation, fluency, feeding, swallowing, and AAC.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop play-based, individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor SLPAs and CFs.
  • Participate in leadership initiatives and communicate effectively with families.

    Flexible scheduling options include traditional, split, or weekend sessions with additional pay for Saturday hours.

  • Requirements include CA licensure, CCC from ASHA, and pediatric experience preferred. New grads encouraged.
