Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an independent pain management practice in Grand Island, NE.

This full-time role involves providing medical diagnosis and treatment to adult patients with chronic pain in an ambulatory setting, as well as assisting with interventional pain procedures. The position offers autonomy and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Clinic hours are Monday-Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Occasional travel to outreach clinics is required (up to 25%).

Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with matching, malpractice coverage, and continuing education allowance. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience.

Requirements include Nebraska licensure without disciplinary actions, national certification, an unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain, EMR experience (Athena preferred), and ability to work in person in Grand Island, NE. Highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
