Seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for in-person adult services at our Brainerd location, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus (

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating group and individual therapy sessions
• Conducting intakes and assessments
• Developing and updating treatment plans
• Coordinating care across services
• Maintaining compliant documentation
• Ensuring client safety and quality of care
• Representing the organization positively in the community

Requirements:

• Licensed as an LADC
• 12 contact hours in co-occurring disorders
• Two years free of substance use problems (attestation required)
• Ability to pass DHS background check
• Proficiency in the 12 Core Functions
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred: experience with co-occurring disorders, CPR certification, and outpatient/community-based work.
