Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA), School-Based Health

Job Description

The Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) provides comprehensive school-based healthcare at AuGres-Sims School, with travel to other local centers.

Deliver primary, preventive, and acute care to students aged 3-21, including exams, immunizations, and managing chronic conditions.

Collaborate with healthcare team, school staff, and families to promote student health, attendance, and wellness.

Educate families on health management and healthy lifestyles.

Maintain documentation in the EHR, ensure compliance, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate in NP/PA, valid Michigan license, certification, and experience in primary care; pediatric experience preferred.
