Outpatient Pain Management Provider

Job Description

Seeking a full-time physician to perform patient history and physical exams, review referral notes, and diagnose, treat, and manage chronic pain. Responsibilities include documentation in EMR, ordering and interpreting imaging/lab studies, prescribing medications, and monitoring controlled substance use. The role involves patient education, effective communication, collaborating with other providers, and staying current with musculoskeletal and nervous system knowledge.
