Job Description
This position involves providing therapeutic services to youth and families in need of mental and behavioral health support, under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
- Conduct intake assessments, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals.
- Deliver clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy.
- Coordinate with external agencies, schools, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with care coordinators and participate in treatment planning and conferences.
Requires a MSW or related graduate degree and at least two years of direct practice experience in counseling. Offers full-time and part-time roles with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, 403(b) matching, and flexible spending accounts. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, with work primarily in person and hours between 20-40 per week.
