Job Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Adolescent Therapist to provide compassionate mental health services at our Irving, TX location.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, including group and family therapy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and coordinate care with other providers.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Maintain documentation using electronic health records and participate in supervision or consultation.
- Support the organization’s mission through additional scope-appropriate tasks.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in a mental health field, current TX licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent), and strong communication skills.
