Job Description

This full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) position supports infusion clinics across multiple locations in New Mexico, including Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and Santa Fe.

  • Provides direct patient care through assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures such as infusions, injections, and dressing changes.
  • Supervises clinical and nonclinical staff, ensuring compliance with protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Offers leadership by mentoring team members, managing operations, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care.
  • Works both in person and remotely, with responsibilities including staff development, performance reviews, and ensuring positive patient experiences.
  • Requires at least 3 years of nursing experience, current NP licensure, and proficiency in outpatient procedures, EHR, and telehealth systems. Some travel and physical activity are involved.
