Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager in Northern Mississippi to lead and deliver high-quality nursing care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
Provide patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, and manage medical documentation in compliance with regulations.
Lead staff training, ensure safety protocols, handle crises professionally, and foster a positive, unified team environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain supplies, and participate in accreditation efforts.
Qualifications include RN licensure in Mississippi, 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, leadership skills, and familiarity with EMRs and regulations. A BSN or higher is preferred.
