Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our 5 clinic locations in Roanoke, Salem, Christiansburg (2), and Low Moor. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.


  • Conduct in-clinic assessments for new and established patients.
  • Develop treatment plans and perform evaluations.
  • Order and review diagnostic tests; refer to specialists as needed.
  • Provide patient counseling and coordinate outside referrals.
  • Perform office procedures like joint and Botox injections.
  • Manage medications and Intrathecal Pumps.
  • Collaborate professionally with other providers and follow prescriptive practices.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and continuing education.
  • Adhere to safety policies and maintain excellent communication skills.

    • Requirements include a graduate of an accredited program, Virginia license (or in process), DEA license (or in process), and preferred 1+ years of experience but training available. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($90K-$120K), benefits, bonus opportunities, and relocation assistance. Must be able to work in Low Moor, VA, and relocate before starting.
