Job Description
Seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities in Dover, NH, and nearby areas.
Perform primary care visits, medication reconciliations, and wellness exams 3-4 days weekly.
Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments and medications.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, promote wellness, and maintain accurate records.
