Job Description

This full-time Therapeutic Specialist provides individual and group counseling to youth and offers clinical consultation to foster parents.

Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic assessments, collaborating on treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance, and delivering crisis stabilization services.

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in mental health, counseling, or social work and be licensed as a psychiatrist, psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, or meet state requirements for supervised therapy.

Reporting to the Program Director, this exempt role offers a salary of $50,000–$55,000 with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development.

Location: In person in London, KY, with required relocation before starting.
