Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead diverse clinical teams and ensure high-quality patient care across settings such as acute, long-term, and geriatric care.
Supervise nursing staff, uphold clinical protocols, and manage patient assessments, documentation, and procedures. Oversee discharge planning, case management, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NCQA, and other healthcare regulations, managing medical records and EMR/EHR systems. Supervise specialized procedures like IV therapy, ventilator management, and sterile techniques. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various specialties and facilitate staff training on protocols and technology. Maintain infection control, participate in patient education, and support quality improvement initiatives. Requirements include a valid RN license, extensive clinical experience, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and strong leadership skills.
