Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in a Santa Fe-based integrative health practice.
Conduct physical exams and health assessments across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices. Order diagnostic tests, administer medications, and utilize traditional charting, coding, and documentation methods. Offer telehealth services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Provide specialized services such as pain management, occupational health, hospice, dementia care, and integrative therapies. Perform triage and support infection control, patient education, and health coaching tailored to individual needs. Qualifications include: current FNP licensure, experience in integrative and chronic illness management, proficiency with coding, and strong assessment skills.
