We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead subacute and long-term care units.
Pay Range: $36-$41/hour with a sign-on bonus up to $7,500. Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7a-3p or four 10-hour days, with on-call rotation. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing care, managing daily operations, developing care plans, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the main liaison for residents and families. Qualifications: Valid NY RN license, experience in long-term care preferred, strong decision-making, communication skills, and physical ability to lift 20 pounds.
