Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join a collaborative treatment team committed to providing exceptional mental health care for adolescents and young adults.

  • Previous clinical experience in mental/behavioral health, with a focus on youth populations.
  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field; licensed or eligible for licensure.
  • Experience with individual, family, and group therapy; familiarity with substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care is preferred.
  • Passion for working with adolescents and young adults, with a strong commitment to client well-being.

    • Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive therapy for clients with various mental health challenges, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, conducting interviews, developing rapport, and supporting discharge planning. The role involves collaborating with families and clinical teams to promote recovery and resilience over a 28 to 35-day treatment period.
