Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner committed to making a difference and serving underserved communities in New Mexico.

  • Provide patient examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, medication management, and health education.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, maintain detailed records, and participate in quality assurance and program planning.
  • Lead clinic staff through education, outreach, and supervision, supporting continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Qualifications include at least 3 years of primary care experience, certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and preferably experience with HIV care; bilingual skills are a plus.
