Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans for patients

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed

Deliver medical care in accordance with accepted standards

Qualifications: Current applicable state NP/PA license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS certification.
