Job Description

Seeking a full-time or PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide expert care in post-acute settings, with a pay range of $55-$80/hr and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The SLP will oversee quality care, ensure compliance with regulations, and advocate for patients and rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Speech/Language Pathology
• State licensure and CPR certification
• Preferred 1+ year experience in skilled nursing or assisted living; CFY candidates considered
