Seeking motivated Physicians (Internists, Physiatrists, Hospitalists, Geriatricians) for full-time, part-time, or contract roles in La Grande, OR. This in-person, on-site position focuses on post-hospitalization and geriatric care within skilled nursing facilities.


  • Competitive salary range of $200,000–$265,000 annually plus performance bonuses.
