Job Description

The position involves delivering exceptional Speech Therapy services with a focus on evidence-based care and patient engagement.

Key performance indicators include maintaining a Net Promoter Score of 85+, achieving 88% or higher in patient arrival rate, averaging 20 visits per new patient, and meeting productivity metrics such as 1.32+ visits per clinical hour and 2.9+ procedures per visit.
