Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Bishop, CA.

  • Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute and chronic wounds, surgical and dermatologic wounds, dressing changes, medically necessary debridement, and G-Tube management (training provided).
  • Participate in weekly bedside wound rounds at skilled nursing facilities and conduct Home Health visits as needed.
  • Work independently within facility protocols, with a focus on patient needs across multiple locations.

    The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and experienced in skilled nursing environments with at least 2 years in wound care and debridement.

    Requirements include a current California medical license, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel 100%.

    Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call and weekend availability. The compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,300 per day.
