Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy to pediatric clients, including early intervention.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions and monitor progress

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams

Maintain accurate documentation and support family education

Supervise and mentor SLPAs, contribute to process improvements

Qualifications include active licensure in Florida, pediatric experience, and strong collaboration skills.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, with full-time or part-time options, offering competitive pay at $48/hour (~$100,000/year full-time), plus benefits like PTO, insurance, and professional growth.
