Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat children with developmental or speech needs.

  • Conducts evaluations, develops treatment plans, and provides therapy services.
  • Completes documentation, progress notes, and reports timely for billing and compliance.
  • Refers patients for additional services and participates in parent meetings, trainings, and team collaborations.
  • Maintains adherence to health, safety, and professional standards, including continuing education.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current Arkansas license, and at least one year of relevant experience working with children with developmental disabilities or special needs.

    Skills required are effective communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency. The role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, in a clinic setting.

    Position is full-time or part-time, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Salary ranges up to $75,000 annually, based on experience.

    Work is in person in Benton, AR, with scheduling during day shifts.
