Physician (MD/DO) | Post-Acute Care | Greenville, SC

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join our expanding Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC.

Enjoy a _weekday-only_ schedule with no weekends, low patient volume in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting, and 6–8 hour shifts managing approximately 16 patients daily.

**Responsibilities include:**

Providing direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits

Managing treatment plans for a stable post-acute population

Supervising on-site Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants

Ensuring compliance with regulations

Collaborating with facility teams for holistic care

Documenting visits and billing using EMR and proper coding

Promoting care standards and services

**Qualifications:**

MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Primary Care

Active SC medical license, DEA, and DHEC credentials

Experience with EMR documentation and coding preferred

Leadership skills and autonomous work ability

Passion for post-acute care improvement

**Schedule & Benefits:**

Monday to Friday, with part-time options (minimum 4 shifts/month)

No nights, weekends, or on-call

**Compensation:** $250,000–$270,000 annually
