We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care across all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer medications and perform diagnostic procedures such as suturing and pelvic exams.
Educate patients on health maintenance and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across various settings.
Maintain accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA and utilize EMR systems like Next Gen and Epic.
Qualifications include current certification, active state license, and experience in primary or urgent care preferred.

This full-time role offers an annual salary of $110,530.06 – $133,111.47 and involves in-person work.
