Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states, with expanding operations. We have immediate openings for Fully Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health.

This Part-Time role is based in Battle Creek, MI, offering a daytime schedule with flexible hours. Responsibilities include

• Providing direct psycho-social services through evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment of nursing home residents
• Conducting individual, group, and family therapies
• Seeing 10-15 patients daily, with flexibility to adjust
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity
• Managing Medicare documentation and clinical contacts

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university
• Full state licensure (LMSW)
