Job Description

We are expanding our clinical team and offering a $2,500.00 hiring bonus.

Position: Full-time, exempt, in-person clinical role located at 9239 W Center Road, Omaha, NE.

Supervised by the Clinical Director, the role involves providing therapy to families and individuals, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment aligned with the organization’s mission.

• Deliver clinical and in-home services to children and families.
• Manage administrative tasks and case documentation.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the care model and therapy methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, along with relevant mental health licensure (PLMHP, LMHP required; LIMHP preferred). Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in an active environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
