Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric team in Chambersburg and Carlisle, PA. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and new grads are welcome, with paid documentation time included.


  • Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy for children with autism, developmental delays, apraxia, speech sound disorders, feeding challenges, and language delays.
  • Utilize advanced techniques such as PROMPT, DTTC, LAMP, and AAC devices.
  • Collaborate with OT/PT teams in co-treatment sessions to support children’s communication development.
  • Help children discover their voice in various forms, fostering growth and confidence.


    • Ideal candidates: Licensed or license-eligible SLPs or CFs, energetic, positive, creative, team-oriented, and passionate about helping kids reach their communication potential. Experience with AAC is a plus but not required.
