Job Description

Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for full-time mobile wound care services in the home setting.

Designed for compassionate clinicians with at least 1 year of wound care and advanced practice experience, offering personalized care with up to 1-hour appointments.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, administering advanced treatments, managing medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Position offers flexible Monday-Friday schedule, no on-call or weekends, with local travel reimbursed and all necessary equipment provided.

Qualifications include certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA, current licensure, and wound care experience preferred.
