Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate full-time positions in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.
Provide compassionate care across post-acute and long-term care settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in care coordination, and meet quality and safety benchmarks. Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earnings through extra roles. Travel between facilities with minimal weekend and holiday call (no night call). Work a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with a salary range of $300K-$350K plus sign-on bonus and performance bonuses.
