Job Description

The Nurse Manager, RN Labor & Delivery, oversees staffing, patient flow, and quality care in a high-volume birthing unit.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, ensuring compliance with standards, leading quality improvement initiatives, and managing departmental goals aligned with organizational priorities.
