Job Description

Seeking a full-time Couples & Family Therapist (Licensed or Associate) in Eugene, Oregon, to provide outpatient, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive counseling to couples, families, and individuals.

Offer systemic, evidence-based interventions addressing relational, communication, and emotional concerns.

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with external providers.

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Oregon licensure or registration, and experience with family systems work.

Compensation & Benefits: Licensed: $70–$140/session; Associates: $55–$89/session; full benefits, supervision for associates, CEUs, and flexible schedule.
