Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care at a post-acute care facility in the community.
Responsible for managing and coordinating care for an assigned patient population with support and training provided.Coordinate care with nursing staff and collaborating physicians, documenting visits promptly in electronic medical records.Structured as a full-time role with a salary plus quarterly bonuses, Monday–Friday day shifts, limited phone call coverage.Requires nursing experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or General Practice, with at least one year preferred.Must hold current NP and unencumbered DEA licenses, be self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer service focused.Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
