Seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist in Boise to provide culturally competent, evidence-based mental health services to diverse low-income populations, including refugees and immigrants.
Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, providing crisis case management, and documenting contacts. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community partners is essential.
Qualifications include active licensure as a mental health practitioner in Idaho, a master’s degree in a related field, and at least one year of relevant experience. Strong communication, professional judgment, confidentiality, and transportation are required.
Work primarily occurs in community settings with some office time.
