We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages.

Conduct physical exams, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Utilize EHR systems for documentation and manage chronic conditions.

Provide preventive services, health education, and coordinate with specialists.

Educate patients on health maintenance and lifestyle modifications.

Skills include proficiency in EHR, familiarity with CPT & ICD coding, excellent communication, and HIPAA compliance.
