Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing GI practice in Macon, GA, specializing in adult Gastroenterology and endoscopy.
*Essential Functions:*
Provide high-quality clinical care in office/hospital settings, assisting physicians with examinations and procedures. Accurately review medical records, administer medications, order tests, and develop care plans. Educate patients and families on treatments and preventive health. Perform history and physical exams, ensuring regulatory compliance and departmental competencies. Take initiative, adapt to change, and assume ownership of responsibilities.*Qualifications:*
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. Active APRN license and BLS certification in Georgia. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or in a team.*Benefits include:*
