A therapist provides individual, family, and couples counseling to address mental health and substance use issues, combining in-office and online sessions.Responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy, crisis support, and making referrals while maintaining confidential records.Qualifications require a Master’s degree, licensure in NM (LLCSW, LPCC, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT), and experience in crisis intervention and assessment.
