Job Description
Seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric speech therapy services in the Sharpstown/Braeburn areas. This full-time, part-time, or PRN role involves conducting evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and creating home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers.
Responsibilities include coordinating care with other providers, completing patient visits, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to agency policies and regulations.
