*Position Overview:*
Seeking a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

*Responsibilities:*
– Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
– Deliver therapy sessions using proven approaches.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
– Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
– Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support.
– Offer psycho-education to clients and families.
– Follow ethical and legal standards in service delivery.

*Qualifications:*
– Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
– Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or in pre-licensure under supervision.
– Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
– Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based models.
– Compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented.
