Job Description

Seeking a licensed physician for a flexible ER role in Rosebud, SD, with a 20-bed facility and 10 rooms.

  • Start date within 1 month; housing provided by the facility.
  • Requires current CV with recent gaps explained, 3 references, U.S. citizenship or Green Card, and recent work history.
  • Board eligible/certified in ABEM; licensed in any state; EMR: RPMS.
  • Work schedule: 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off, with shifts from 7am-7pm/8am-8pm/7pm-7am; 7-14 shifts/month; flexible timing.
  • Patient volume: 0.8-0.9 patients/hour; support staff available.
  • Mandatory health docs: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus, PPD, Flu; certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS; background check required.
  • Must be able to commute to Rosebud, SD, or relocate before start; work is in person.
