Register Nurse Manager- Home Care

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and develop individualized care plans.

Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and infection control protocols.

Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and HIPAA regulations.

Assist in staff hiring, training, and evaluation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Support specialized care areas such as dementia, behavioral health, and geriatrics.

Qualifications include extensive nursing experience, proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, and leadership in diverse healthcare settings.
