Speech Language Pathologist or SLPA (School-Based) (Chesterfield & New Kent FT Positions)

Job Description

Seeking full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathway Assistants (SLPAs) to serve schools in Chesterfield and New Kent Counties. We offer a supportive, local, female-owned team with great pay ($47-$55/hr), benefits, and flexible schedules aligned with the school calendar.

Qualified candidates will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and hearing disorders, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families. New professionals receive mentorship and support. Requirements include a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in communication sciences, VA licensure, and a valid driver’s license.
