This Nurse Leadership role oversees the Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room, focusing on facilitating patient care, mentoring staff, and managing the practice environment. The position involves strategic planning, quality improvement, staff development, and resource management for approximately 360 annual cardiac procedures. Candidates should have leadership experience, pediatric Cardiac OR expertise as a scrub and circulating nurse, and a strong background in nursing management. Requirements include a RN license in Delaware, clinical experience (preferably in pediatrics), management background, and relevant certifications.
