Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities across Indianapolis.

  • Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing psychiatric care for SNF residents
  • Manage medication and treatment plans for behavioral health conditions
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and administrators
  • Participate in care team meetings and treatment planning
  • Offer compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care


    • Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry, an active Indiana medical license, and experience in geriatric or SNF settings is preferred.

    We offer a competitive salary ($210K–$275K), incentives, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, PTO, and CME allowance.
