We are seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and management of acute and chronic wounds.
Perform comprehensive wound evaluations and develop individualized care plans. Administer advanced wound interventions, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention. Monitor healing progress, adjust treatments, and collaborate with healthcare team members. Stay current with wound care innovations and participate in quality improvement efforts. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Location: South Bend area.
