Job Description

Join the largest Urgent Care in the Permian Basin as an NP/PA dedicated to high-quality patient care.

• Assess and treat acutely ill patients, perform minor procedures (e.g., lacerations, drainage, toenail removals)
• Communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and provide counseling and guidance
• Recognize and assess disease processes, prescribe medications per guidelines
• Maintain current clinical knowledge, stay updated on medical literature, and perform diagnostic testing as needed

Job details:

• Full-time, part-time, or PRN options
• Pay range: $130,000 – $165,883.29/year
• Expected hours: 36–48/week

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (required)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner preferred
• Must relocate to Midland, TX before starting
