Job Description

The Pediatrician provides primary healthcare services within a clinical setting, managing patient histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

  • Perform physical assessments, interpret data, and order diagnostic tests.
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and perform procedures like suturing.
  • Advise patients on health, prevention, and community resources.
  • Document patient progress, collaborate with the care team, and participate in quality improvement activities.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure patient confidentiality.

    • Qualifications include an M.D. or D.O. with residency training, a NY State license, and relevant skills in patient care and recordkeeping.

    This full-time role offers competitive salary ($220,000-$240,000), benefits (including health, dental, vision, 401(k)), and requires in-person work in Cortland, NY, with some travel involved. Applicants must be willing to relocate and work under stress in a clinical environment.
